These Terms of Service govern your use of the my-net.asia Minecraft server ("Server"), our website, and our Discord community. By connecting to our Server, visiting our website, or joining our Discord, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
By accessing or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Server Rules. These terms may be updated from time to time without individual notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.
To play on our Server, you must: own a legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition or Bedrock Edition, be at least version 1.21.4 (Java) or the latest Bedrock version, and have a stable internet connection.
You are responsible for all activity on your Minecraft account while connected to our Server. Sharing your account or allowing others to play under your name is done at your own risk.
Our Server access is free. You may not sell, rent, or otherwise commercialize access to our Server.
All players must follow the Server Rules in all worlds and dimensions. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid defense.
Staff decisions are final. Disputes may be appealed through our Discord server. Harassment of staff members will result in additional punishment.
Using exploits, glitches, hacked clients, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate permanent ban.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of my-net.asia and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
Player-created builds on the Server remain the property of the player. However, by building on our Server, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and reference your builds for promotional purposes.
We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this data collection.
We may perform scheduled maintenance or experience unscheduled downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players through Discord, but do not guarantee uptime.
Certain worlds (notably Resource World) may be reset at any time without notice. Players are responsible for backing up valuable items. The Server is not liable for losses due to resets.
Our Server and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
my-net.asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, items, or gameplay progress.
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or Server Rules. Bans may be temporary or permanent at staff discretion.
You may stop using our services at any time. Request data deletion via admin@my-net.asia or Discord if desired.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be announced via Discord.
